Winter 2016 Qigong Class


Winter 2016 qi gong class begins soon!

Qi gong is a gentle, meditative exercise that integrates gentle movement, breath, and focused intention to promote health, vitality, and emotional balance.

This season, we will learn the Kuan Yin Standing form of qigong- part of the Sheng Zhen qi gong tradition.  This graceful set of movements increases poise, flexibility, and presence. The practice helps to relax the body and mind, improving the body’s natural healing ability and increasing a sense of balance in a seemingly stressful world. I hope you can join us!

Class will meet Sundays, 7:15-8:15 pm, January 17-March 6 at the Yoga Loft (219 Legion Way, SW Olympia).
