Spring 2017 qi gong class begins soon!

Qi gong is a gentle, meditative exercise that integrates gentle movement, breath, and focused intention to promote health, vitality, and emotional balance.

The spring 2017 qi gong class will cover the Return to Spring qigong form- part of the Sheng Zhen qi gong tradition.  Spring is a time of growth and renewal.  Keeping in harmony with the energy of the season, this form is a profound way to rejuvenate and energize the body after periods of inactivity or illness.  The graceful set of movements detoxifies the body and improves circulation while fostering a lighthearted and happy spirit. I hope you can join us!
