Payment must be made at the time of services.  Cash and check are accepted.

Insurance Information

Our office is now submitting insurance claims, for your convenience. 

Susan is a preferred provider with several insurance companies including: Providence, Aetna, Cigna, and HealthNet.

Please note: not all insurance plans cover acupuncture.  Please check with your insurance provider's customer service department to find out if your treatments will be reimbursed.
